Pu\u00f2 darti chiarezza e sembra essere il modo pi\u00f9 potente per entrare in contatto con la tua intuizione.<br>Io, di solito, vivo il silenzio come qualcosa di positivo. Colgo subito l\u2019atmosfera e lo stato d\u2019animo delle persone. Se c\u2019\u00e8 pesantezza nell\u2019aria, l\u2019assorbo, anche se prima ero di buon umore. Nel silenzio riesco a capire quali sono davvero i miei sentimenti e a separarli dalla confusione dei luoghi e delle altre persone. Questo, a sua volta, significa che posso esserci per gli altri in modo pi\u00f9 presente e utile. Non puoi versare da una tazza vuota. Momenti in cui permette ai pensieri ansiosi e ai ricordi spiacevoli di farsi avanti. \u00c8 per questo che tante persone fanno fatica: quando si fermano non riescono a controllare quello che irrompe dentro.<br>Quindi, come Brunella, vedo anche io il legame tra silenzio e immobilit\u00e0. Possiamo davvero raggiungere il primo senza la seconda? Il vero silenzio, il silenzio meditativo, \u00e8 un dono. Quel momento in cui riesci <em>davvero<\/em> quiets and what matters is finally allowed in. But getting there takes work. That\u2019s why I loved the last line of the chapter: it speaks to how we almost always reach for the &#8220;easy, unearned answer.&#8221; Silence may be the only way to move beyond that first impulse.<br><br><strong>PATRIZIA:<\/strong><br>Il potere del silenzio, quello che appartiene a uno stato meditativo e introspettivo, \u00e8 davvero \u201cil cimitero delle identit\u00e0 fisse\u201d, perch\u00e9 trasforma. Crea spazio per riflettere e permette ai pensieri, ai sentimenti e alle emozioni di emergere senza filtri, cos\u00ec come sono, grezzi e veri. <br>Questa pratica ci mette in contatto con le nostre fragilit\u00e0, le nostre debolezze, e a volte ci fa vedere in noi ci\u00f2 che non sopportiamo negli altri; e proprio cos\u00ec nasce il coraggio e si coltiva l\u2019empatia. Rendendoci veramente presenti al momento, ci modella, cambia le prospettive e ci mette in equilibrio tra ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 permanente e ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 destinato a passare.<br>Di natura impulsiva, ho imparato ad amare il silenzio meditativo come strumento per controllare il respiro e calmare la mente. In quel silenzio, mi \u00e8 capitato di sentire il \u201cio\u201d diventare \u201cuna porta oscillante\u201d tra il mondo interiore e la realt\u00e0 intorno a me. In questo senso mi riconosco in ci\u00f2 che Whyte descrive come la dissoluzione dei confini. <br>Ho amato anche la sua idea del silenzio come pratica che pu\u00f2 restituirci risposte pi\u00f9 profonde. Quando mi immergo in questo silenzio meditativo, la mia ricerca di risposte scende cos\u00ec in profondit\u00e0 da sparire dalla coscienza, per poi riemergere all\u2019improvviso come lampi di chiarezza e rivelazioni divine.<br>Da bambina, il silenzio significava essere sola o essere immersa nel buio, nel mio letto. Mi rendeva sempre ansiosa o a disagio. Crescendo, ho compreso che esistono molti tipi di silenzio, e alcuni oggi li custodisco e li coltivo. Ma altri continuano a farmi paura nel profondo. Li temo come allora: uno \u00e8 il silenzio della solitudine, quello in cui mi perdo quando cammino in case di anziani, quelle in cui non si vede un\u2019anima per settimane. L\u2019altro \u00e8 il silenzio dell\u2019assenza, quello che mi soffoca quando entro in stanze familiari che hanno perso per sempre le voci e i volti di chi ho amato.<br><br><strong>BRUNELLA:<\/strong><br>Un capitolo difficile, da rileggere pi\u00f9 volte.<br>Per White, il silenzio \u00e8 <em>\u201cspaventoso\u201d<\/em>, e lo \u00e8 per gli effetti che produce: ci conduce ben oltre la realt\u00e0 che conosciamo e accettiamo, e ci rende orfani delle certezze. Whyte dice che il silenzio non \u00e8 quiete, ma \u00e8 anche vero che silenzio e quiete sono stati mentali interconnessi, perch\u00e9 entrambi sono spazi di ascolto, condizioni per percepire l\u2019immensit\u00e0 che \u00e8 dentro e fuori di noi.<br>Per me, il silenzio \u00e8 la voce che mi invita a fermarmi per rigenerarmi e poi riprendere il cammino con pi\u00f9 facilit\u00e0.<br>Il silenzio \u00e8 la voce che mi invita a fermarmi per rigenerarmi e poi riprendere il cammino con pi\u00f9 facilit\u00e0.\nIl silenzio mi comunica diverse emozioni. Lo vivo come un rifugio interiore, come spazio di riflessione e meditazione, come fonte di creativit\u00e0.
