{"id":275,"date":"2026-02-04T17:35:07","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T17:35:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/30-60-90.uk\/?p=275"},"modified":"2026-02-04T17:35:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T17:35:37","slug":"week-four-run-away","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/30-60-90.uk\/it\/2026\/02\/04\/week-four-run-away\/","title":{"rendered":"Settimana 6: FUGGIRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LAYLA:<\/strong><br>Il bisogno di scappare \u00e8 qualcosa che conosco bene.\n\u00c8 un impulso che mi accompagna da sempre, anche se col tempo \u00e8 cambiato.\nUna volta volevo scappare da me stessa perch\u00e9 non mi piacevo.<br>Adesso invece succede quando tutto diventa troppo caotico, o pi\u00f9 semplicemente quando sento il bisogno di stare sola.<br>Come dice Brunella, il desiderio di scappare fa parte dell\u2019essere umani.\nForse per\u00f2 cambiano le ragioni che ci stanno dietro \u2014 e il modo in cui le raccontiamo a noi stessi \u2014 man mano che cresciamo.<br>Sono d\u2019accordo con Whyte: si tratta di scegliere <em>quando<\/em> scappare. E di capire che, se decidi di restare quando le cose si fanno scomode, c\u2019\u00e8 una buona possibilit\u00e0 che tu arrivi a comprendere pi\u00f9 a fondo te stessa e gli altri.<br>Detto questo, forse anche scappare pu\u00f2 portare a una crescita.\nDipende da cosa fai una volta che smetti di correre.\nSedersi, riflettere, guardarsi dentro \u2014 spesso \u00e8 un viaggio che si fa meglio da soli.<br>Personalmente, ci sono stati momenti difficili nella mia vita in cui mi sono costretta a restare.\nFinora non me ne sono mai pentita, anche se sul momento \u00e8 stato davvero duro, a tratti quasi insopportabile.<br>Sono felice che Brunella non si sia mai pentita della sua scelta di restare.\nProbabilmente l\u2019ha fatta crescere in modi intensi e inaspettati, regalandole una saggezza che oggi arricchisce tante persone.<br>E ha contribuito a dare forma alla donna straordinaria con cui siamo cos\u00ec fortunate a poter condividere questi scambi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PATRIZIA:<\/strong><br>A farmi pensare che la risposta innata sia pi\u00f9 orientata all\u2019evitamento della lotta \u00e8 l\u2019esaltazione del coraggio e del sangue freddo che costella le narrazioni pi\u00f9 leggendarie di ogni cultura e in ogni tempo. Nell\u2019immaginario collettivo, la fuga \u00e8 dei pavidi, la lotta degli eroi.<br>Ma scavalcando i costrutti morali, rifletto sul fatto che fuga e lotta siano risposte parimenti valide, dalle quali ricaviamo vantaggi e svantaggi.<br>La fuga risponde alla naturale esigenza di conservazione delle energie, evita ferite e traumi pi\u00f9 o meno permanenti e consequenziali e pu\u00f2 proteggere la nostra innocenza e integrit\u00e0 morale.<br>La lotta fa scoprire nuove risorse, affina strumenti e strategie, consolida di volta in volta la nostra postura di fronte alle sfide e arricchisce una saggezza da trasmettere agli altri, trasformandoci a volte in esempi di coraggio e resilienza capaci di ispirare individui e moltitudini per generazioni.<br>La prospettiva di Whyte \u00e8 illuminante: la scelta tra la lotta o la fuga, fisica o emotiva, dipende essenzialmente dal valore che assegniamo a ci\u00f2 di cui dovremmo disfarci per fuggire, non dalla probabilit\u00e0 di vincere. La chiave per comprendere la decisione \u2014 istintiva o razionale \u2014 di fare prevalere l\u2019uno o l\u2019altro istinto potrebbe risiedere nella risposta a una domanda fondamentale: <em>che cosa siamo disposti a perdere per evitare di dovere combattere?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BRUNELLA:<\/strong><br>La voglia di fuggire \u00e8 insita nella nostra natura, sia come forma di protezione, sia come desiderio di cambiamento, di nuove scoperte o spirito di avventura.<br>Fuggire o combattere? Dipende dalla situazione, perch\u00e9 entrambe hanno il loro rischio. Si pu\u00f2 fuggire per una causa (situazioni di disagio) o per un effetto (ricerca del piacere); si pu\u00f2 fuggire dalla realt\u00e0 o da se stessi.<br>Fuggire o combattere? Dipende dalla situazione, perch\u00e9 entrambe hanno il loro rischio. Si pu\u00f2 fuggire per una causa (situazioni di disagio) o per un effetto (ricerca del piacere); si pu\u00f2 fuggire dalla realt\u00e0 o da se stessi.\nAndare via o restare? Un\u2019angoscia che ho sperimentato, miscuglio di coraggio e paura. Ma avevo dei figli da educare e seguire, non potevo pensare solo a me stessa, e sono rimasta. Ho fatto la scelta giusta per tutti.
